The Role:
We are seeking 2 experienced Account Managers to join a global leader in medical aesthetics, representing premium injectable and dermal filler solutions. Based in Melbourne, Victoria, these positions will cover two key regions. One across the South East territory and the other across the Western region and Tasmania.
This is a fast-paced, results-oriented sales position focused on building new business, expanding market share, and maximising revenue growth within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve KPI’s sales targets.
Manage and grow existing customer relationships within your assigned territory.
Conduct in-clinic product education, training coordination, and business development meetings.
Develop strategic territory plans aligned with company objectives to increase product adoption and market share.
Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager and Marketing, Clinical, and Customer Service.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all customer interactions are captured and reported.
Requirements:
3+ years of proven sales experience within the pharmaceutical, medical aesthetics, or skincare.
Strong relationship management and communication skills with a consultative, client-first approach.
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a passion for aesthetics.
Previous experience working with clinics, nurses, or injectors will be highly regarded.
Confident, credible, and commercially astute in engaging with key opinion leaders and clinic owners.
Proactive and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Excellent business etiquette, relationship-building skills, and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel regularly within VIC.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
