The French Beauty Academy produces the highest number of graduates from the SBH50115 Diploma of Beauty Therapy in Australia. The Academy secures over 90% Graduate Outcomes while nurturing students through The Service Excellence program. The French current and past students are unique individuals who are prepared and desirable for industry immediately upon graduation.
The French Beauty Academy prides itself in providing the highest standard of care throughout a student’s learning journey and it is expected the same respect and courtesy is bestowed upon them when entering the Industry.
The following is a Code of Behaviour for The French Industry Connections. This is monitored and evaluated on an ongoing basis. Adhering to The French Beauty Academy Code of Behaviour ensures your ongoing Futures for Frenchies business profile and connection to our exceptional candiants for current or future opportunities within your business.
- Human Resources Standards are monitored by The French Beauty Academy with special attention to non discriminatory behaviours. This includes but is not limited to:
- Culture
- Race
- Religion
- Age
- Sex / Gender
- Sexual orientation
- Disability – Physical, Mental or otherwise.
- It is compulsory for businesses to provide a planned Induction Session to welcome a new mentee or employee.
- Upon a student’s contracted employment, Industry agrees to meet all current standards of work, included but not limited:
- Minimum wage or more as stipulated by Pay Guide – Hair and Beauty Industry Award
- All statutory requirements including by not limited to superannuation, holidays and overtime
- Ensure a student’s employment responsibilities do not conflict with The French Beauty Academy class schedule, completion requirements and attendance at graduation events.
- Clear communication of expectations, roles and responsibilities is to be shared with the mentee or employee at induction.
- Respectful two-way communication is maintained throughout a mentorship or new employment period.
- Responsible expectations of base level ability, knowledge, skills and confidence are required for mentees and new employees.
- Managers, leaders and owners will practice mentoring skills before disciplinary action and dismissals.
