About the Role
We’re looking for a warm, professional, and organised Receptionist to join our team at SILK Laser Clinics Glenelg. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage bookings, appointments, and client communications (using Zenoti)
- Support clinic operations including payments, stock, and reporting
- Collaborate with therapists and clinic managers to ensure smooth daily flow
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- A proactive attitude and team-first mindset
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry

Location: SILK Laser Clinics Glenelg
Hours: Part Time – Thursday and Friday with the possibility to add more hours
