Queens Collective is a new nails, lashes and brows studio in the heart of Brisbane City, built around care, confidence and community. We believe great brows aren’t about changing someone’s face. They’re about bringing out what’s already there.

We’re looking for Brow Artists at every stage, from experienced artists to people who’ve just finished their course. What matters most is good energy, real care for people, and the drive to see this studio as your place too. If you love people, content and the idea of building a community from the ground up, we’d love to meet you.

All levels welcome

Training on the job. We offer extra training to help you grow your skills and confidence.
Work at your own pace. Not comfortable with a technique yet? That’s fine. We’ll only book you for the services you feel confident doing, and add more as you grow.
Practice models provided. We’ll find models for you to practise the techniques you’re learning.
No rushing. We’re in the wellness space, so we don’t put time pressure on our artists. Good work takes the time it takes.

What you’ll do

Brow shaping (wax), brow tint and brow lamination (only the ones you’re confident in, with training for the rest)
Lash lifts and tints (a big plus if you already do these, and we can train you)
Map brows to suit each client’s face, and explain aftercare and upkeep in plain words
Make every client feel welcome, listened to and confident
Create before-and-after content (with client consent) and grow your personal brand alongside ours
Help bring our community to life: launch events, brunches, collabs and client days
Work as a team, share ideas and help shape how the studio grows

What you’ll bring

A beauty qualification, a course in progress, or experience at any level (share your work if you have some)
Experience with any of waxing, tinting, lamination or lash lifts, or a real keenness to learn them
Knowledge of hygiene and patch-test practices (we’ll train you if needed)
Warm, positive energy and great people skills
Comfort creating content, or keenness to learn
Reliability and the ability to set your availability in advance
