Queens Collective is a new nails, lashes and brows studio in the heart of Brisbane City. We’re not just another salon. We’re building a collective: a place where women feel welcome, come back, bring their friends and belong. We care about healthy natural nails as much as statement sets, and we want every client to leave feeling like a queen.

We’re looking for Nail Artists at every stage, from experienced artists to people who’ve just finished their course. What matters most is good energy, real care for people, and the drive to see this studio as your place too. If you want to grow your skills, build your own name and help create something new in Brisbane from day one, we’d love to meet you.

All levels welcome

Training on the job. We offer extra training to help you grow your skills and confidence.
Work at your own pace. Not comfortable with a technique yet? That’s fine. We’ll only book you for the services you feel confident doing, and add more as you grow.
Practice models provided. We’ll find models for you to practise the techniques you’re learning.
No rushing. We’re in the wellness space, so we don’t put time pressure on our artists. Good work takes the time it takes.
What you’ll do

Create beautiful nails: gel polish, BIAB/builder gel, acrylic, dip powder, manicures, pedicures and nail art (only the ones you’re confident in, with training for the rest)
Help clients look after their natural nails, including nail recovery treatments for nails that need a break from extensions
Give honest advice so every client gets the right service for her nails, lifestyle and budget
Make clients feel welcomed and looked after, from hello to rebooking
Create content of your work for Instagram and TikTok and grow your personal brand alongside ours
Help bring our community to life: launch events, brunches, collabs and client days
Work as a team, share ideas and help shape how the studio grows

What you’ll bring

– A nail qualification, a course in progress, or hands-on experience at any level (share your work if you have some)
– Experience with any of gel polish, BIAB, acrylic or dip powder, or a real keenness to learn them
– Care for the natural nail and high hygiene standards
– Warm, positive energy and genuine love for people
– Comfort being on camera, or keenness to learn
– Reliability and the ability to set your availability in advance
